Modify ReadMe file and add English translation. #6

Currently, the ReadMe document for the project is written only in Korean, making it difficult for foreign developers to participate. Therefore, English translation should be added to the ReadMe document to induce the distribution of various developers.

Plan : Modify ReadMe file and add English translation.

Need to add "index" on the top of ReadMe

ReadMe should include installation methods and usage methods. Additionally, It seems better to put the Contributors list at the bottom of ReadMe.
