Use certificates imported into Android credential storage #158

Rather than use PEM certificates in the .ovpn file or certificates stored in 
the filesystem, I'd like to use the credential storage to hold the certificates.

I'm using a Nook HD+ Tablet with Cyanogen 10.1, build date 2013-09-04
