更改系统键盘布局 #709

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.在ubuntu下切换到dvorak布局（我设置为按shift-capslock）
2.切换到其他窗口再切换回来

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
结果键盘布局又变回了默认布局，原本希望在没有switch on 
fcitx时可以按shift+capslock在qwerty和dvorak两种英文布局间切换。

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
fcitx 4.2.7 on ubuntu 13.04

用fcitx切换布局(添加对应布局的输入法)或者禁用fcitx接管布��
�(在键盘布局输入法的配置里面).

能具体说一下怎么禁止接管布局吗，系统的键盘布局下没有��
�入法配置这个选项。

是说keyboard layout那个addon吗？禁止了就只能用中文输入法了。

取消 "Allow to overwrite system XKB Settings" 
那个也试过了，而且每次都是重启X。
