SQUIZ-10: Log Failed QNA, Logic For Replayer #10

  1. Need to use the qna index (currently not part of submapping), title in the replayer
  2. Replayer button on the MainForm, dropdown shows the logs to select
  3. Mechanics to pull in the logs and create a squiz based on failed qna

ReplayerMode Form which list a dropdown of previous failed logs from the logs directory
