Evaluating the effectiveness of anti-drowsy-driving legislation #7

This HuffPo article was published February 2016 and gives some interesting information on anti-drowsy-driving legislation in New Jersey and Arkansas (the only two states in the US to have passed such legislation). We could use data from accidents before and after enforcement began in order to determine if it has been effective in curbing drowsy driving so far.
