What is to be coded:
Banking from client App.

1) Need to implement transactions handling that are coming from Client's App.

You can use operations encoding like this: 
"account_src_number/account_dst_number/amount/currency".

Please, state it here.

may be, Sasha means that he implemented transaction functionality. 
But, exactly,  he didn't test it w/Vasya, because this functionality from 
client is only in progress.
Sasha, don't change to Fixed before testing it with Vasya.
