What is to be coded:
Server GUI:
1) The window with ability to open, see and change contents (only money 
transitions from one account (file) to another one to keep absolute sum the 
same) files named as user's accounts (many users should be supported) must be 
implemented.
2) Need to save all the transitions history (and may be other operations) are 
kept in the separate file.
