What is to be coded:
Client GUI:
1) The window with ability to open, see and change contents (only money 
transitions from one account (file) to another one to keep absolute sum the 
same) files named as user's accounts must be implemented.
2) Need functionality to ask the user for his PIN before he gets an opportunity 
to manage his accounts (files).

NOTE: all methods must be implemented as separate functions.

Account number for balance request functionality is hard-coded. Robert, please,
