The is no "admin level 4". Level 4 is for settings only changeable in the config file.

if people want to vote for something even for level 4, they should be able to do it, also knowing that if the admin uses vote yes, the vote level is downgraded to 3

Since changeable level 4 commands must be defined in the .cfg there is no need to break anything. Just don't write any level 4 command in the cfg.

but i still dont get it how it works

demonul had his cheats off and suddenly after 1 minute without killing the server

the cheats were enabled again =/

i havent seen the code (im not a dev :P java dont count:P) so i dont know how it works =/

They could use exec to have lv 4 but I changed exec to level 3
