This commit updates the docs to bring them up to date with changes made to the UPS OAuth setup and general UPS setup referenced here: https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce/issues/6942, as well as here: https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce-Docs/issues/446
