Localization of the "title" and "alt" attributes for product images #4355

nopCommerce version: Development branch Steps to reproduce the problem: Lets say my website is in 2 different languages, From the SEO prespective it is much better to have alt and title for the product images in both languages. Currently for product images it only allows for adding 1 values for title and alt.

Expected behaviour Should be able to set alt and title for all product images for each of the supported langauges. I have made the changes in my local branch so if people think this is useful I can create a pull request.

I am happy to contribute this change. I have already implemented this for version 4.2 for my site.

After some consideration we've decide not to implement this functionality and leave it for customization.

We had significant improvements in our seo ranking with this optimization I strongly recommend adding this to the core product.
