PayPal Commerce Configure/Fix Formatting #7109

nopCommerce version: 4.60.6

Steps to reproduce the problem: Open admin Navigate to Settings>Payment methods If Plugin PayPal Commerce [IsInstalled] > Select Configure See image provided or take notice of test (ns.Payments.PayPalCommerce.Fields.SetCredentialsManually) If the activate is enabled the rest of the settings follow the same ugly formatting pattern> Is also on the Check Out page

Resolved, Found String resource values not migrated to new db table.
