New 4.7 will not compile #7160

nopCommerce version: 4.7

Steps to reproduce the problem: Trying to rebuild the solution, it fails and there are no nuget packages listed as being installed ? Thanks

I duplicated the installation on another machine and it was flawless. So please ignore this post.
