The theme can not be changed #7232

I tried to change the theme according the acticle. but fail. The frontend website becomes disorder. The version is 4.70.2 https://docs.nopcommerce.com/en/getting-started/design-your-store/choose-and-install-a-theme.html

Couldn't reproduce it. Works fine as expected. Closed #7232
