I can See my ipod touch 2g in my computer #9

Today i plugged my ipod touch 2nd gen in to my hp laptop. Then it showed 
up in my computer. I dont have any other programs to make that happen

man i have got bad news for you i wrote the iphone dev team and they gave me a 
clear
statement thats they are not going to look at the ipod touch 2g for the next 
time :(

It's true I  was useing pwnage tool for mac I did the same with the iwsp iTunes 
kept screwing up and made 
my iPod stuck in dfu mode even with the usb unplugged a I had to restore it 
which sucks

Does iRecovery's upload file option allow you to upload to a real directory on 
the iPod Touch 2G?  

I want to change some of the root-level configuration files to:
a) Auto-start a legitimate app at bootup (app will be code-signed as ad-hoc)
b) Overwrite the permissions file for my application so it can

This is for internal apps for my company, which I'm writing and distributing 
ad-hoc within our company.   Any 
information on this is appreciated.
