E3d same duct #57

This pull request replaces this one https://github.com/nophead/Mendel90/pull/56.

It allows the E3D head to be used, and adapt the fan-duct accordingly so that it fits. The fan duct is kept the same when jhead is selected (except a few internal fixes).

@philfifi, I merged this into an E3D branch for now so people can get the sturdy STLs. I had to fix a few minor things though, so the STLs are probably slightly different from those posted on Thingiverse.
