Feature list in the readme #10

Could we please get a feature list in the readme to see what this fork changes? Becauase I would love to use an updated 1.12.2 but my server is not anarchy, which is stated in the description, im worried to try it without knowing what features were added for anarchy specifically.

Most of the features are in the patches descriptions. By Anarchy, I mostly mean servers that are not using minigame plugins and such as those are untested.

Most of the feature requests come from Anarchy server owners which is why I stated it's designed around anarchy server edge cases, but could also help with survival servers on 1.12.2. However, logically it's a bit odd to be stuck on 1.12.2 for anything outside of anarchy servers since newer Minecraft versions are much better optimized and don't have the performance bugs that 1.12 has. Anarchy servers stayed on 1.12 due to 1.13 and 1.14 being terribly optimized in Spigot/Paper. 1.16+ is much better.
