I need more reproduction steps

https://youtu.be/WnE6hF1t-nY except the default world is allowed to ride the entity. The rest of the world can't be ridden, it automatically pushes me down on right click

That sounds like the empty chunks were trimmed and aren't regenerating, or were generated as entirely empty?
