• [x] Only check for spooky once per month
• [ ] Dynamic activation
  • [ ] only allow this or the tick rate based one
• [x] reduce projectile chunk loading
• [ ] Don't get entity equipment unless needed.

Whats about using papers autosave by default over spigot?

I'm trying to avoid changing things too much over the base, but that is a consideration I can do.

Alternatively, I could give out a few example configurations for a "vanilla" and "high player base" versions
