EST timezone #4

Hello, could you please suggest how to set timezone -5 hours from GMT. I tried '-5' it does not work. Range is 0 min. I tried '19' the time is correct but day is tomorrow.

Sorry for my late response.

Changed the time zone range.

Try latest.
