Put less stress on the backend by not refetching, but updating local list of posts

Pausing. ElephantSQL doesn't allow enough concurrent connections. Need to find an alternative. Will do, but taking a Python break

Need to think of a smart way of loading comments once... I can't check if they are null, since null in this context just means there are no comments on the post.

The comments seem to be fetched, but do not want to show under the posts
