please update LATTE dependencies

Hi Nora, I upgrade my Ubuntu and after them I run LATTE successfully with newer dependencies then that was defined in the setup.py.

Python 3.10 matplotlib 3.2.2 (newest is 3.5.3 but I did not tested with it) astropy 5.0.2

It works also with: numpy 1.23.3 and matplotlib 3.5.x
