Added OSCP-2023 template #45

I've created a template according to the last official template

Can you provide a link to an official page where offsec shares a new "2023" template? According to their FAQ (https://help.offensive-security.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412170923924-OSCP-Exam-FAQ) it's still the v2.0.

When you look at the template, there are the subsection "Standalone" and "AD Set". Or am I mistaken and that's actually the same as your v2 ?

It seems either they updated the template without bumping the version or they use the version to track the exam version and not the template version.

In both cases I would prefer you to update the existing v2 template rather than creating a new one since it's not a custom one but an update of the official existing one.
