Add a tool for which makes photogrammetry possible #39

This tool makes photogrammetry possible on a low-end PC with Meshroom on a free online GPU provided by Google. Thought this might come in handy for newbies struggling to find a good system for photogrammetry.

photogrammetry is basically converting many images to a 3d model.

I appreciate your willingness to collaborate, unfortunately I am forced to close this PR because this tool is not related to cyber security.

😂 I though the name of the project was explicit Rawsec's CyberSecurity Inventory, but no worry if you want to make a contribution you can pick one tool from here and submit it. 😃
