Feature request to regularly update the playlist #9

Hope it will cross check each times when we download playlist with files in the folder. So we can regularly download when we add new iteams in playlist without downloading whole list again.

The existing tracks validation was added on the latest version with some improvements to the output names. Enjoy :)
