Removing one of 2 courses with same number, removes both #71

How to reproduce:

  1. Open MoodleBooster
  2. Click Remove courses
  3. Remove a course that has another instance starts with the same number
  4. Refresh page

Current behaviour:

When removing one of those courses (in this case, operations management): image

Refreshing the page removes both courses: image

Expected behavior:

Remove course should only remove the selected course.
