Fixes #2.

Missing automatic deployment to Github releases.

Run npm run start to start the application with electron.

I don't think we should deploy an electron desktop application release automatically : first we can start by making manual releases. Application will still be deployed automatically on https://norbjd.github.io/imgxplain.
