POSIT does not properly offset Z axis. #412

The POSIT implementation in math.geometry doesn't offset the Z axis (with 
temp.Z), like it does for the X and Y axes. This will result in the object pose 
having the wrong Z distance and rotating around a blatantly wrong point.
