Debug Quick Look as dependency #16

I would like to add Debug Quick Look as a dependency for my WP Debugging plugin for submission to dot org.

https://github.com/norcross/debug-quick-look/pull/15 would make this easier.

Just checking in.

I did figure out how to do this without having a composer.json file here.
