Modification to be used with for each choice? #5

Is there an easy way to modify this addon to offer the use of a tooltip per field choice label when using radio buttons?

I'm looking for a way to display an image and description per field choice label when hovering the mouse over any field choice label. I want to show a larger image and text per field choice label.

as it currently stands, no. that would involve having to create new fields for individual radio buttons for each content, and since there's a variable amount, there isn't a clean way to do that.
