I changed the dates to 18-19 to October for now, with announcement that they are still subject to change. Please check carefully if I haven't missed any date to fix. Also, I am not sure whether we fell on 18-19 or 19-20 in the end, when I marked it on the calendar last week I wrote 18 to 20. My bad.
