Update / create transaction with SAF-T #27

As: a system user I wish: to integrate my system that only supports SAF-T with a system that only supports XBRL GL.

The API's to post data should support also SAF-T. We should create the SAF-T to XBRL GL transformation for this.

Should this go into NSG? I thought this was something for AccountFlow?

This can go to NSG ref implementation if we still have hours to spare but it was defined as prio 2.
