Swift Compiler Error Group #294

After updated xcode 8.3.1, it happened swift compiler error by plugin cordova-hot-code-push-local-dev-addon.

actually,u can remove cordova-hot-code-push-local-dev-addon,its just help u debug in ur local device. only add 'cordova-hot-code-push-plugin' plugin and it works as well.
