How to enable this feature for Windows phone application ? #103

I am developing ionic application and planning to implement this feature for Android, iOS and Windows phone. Android & iOS works fine but how to do for Windows phone apps. ?

Right now this plugin doesn't support Windows Phone. And how it is done there - honestly, I have no idea... I'm not a WP developer.
