Update readme with new branch.io behavior #118

The bnc.lt domain is no longer available for new apps. https://dev.branch.io/getting-started/link-domain-subdomain/guide/#about-the-legacy-bnclt-domain

branch.io deprecates bnc.lt. we should adopts readme to new domain.

I'm not english speaker, so my expressions could be wrong. Feel free to overwrite or rewrite. > maintainers
