Support new editor scheme key for runtime errors #127

Related to #120

In https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community/commit/6fb72d02b211ca8b0f6c899c8b48560fa98d1bed, the new RUNTIME_ERROR editor scheme key was added to the IDE platform code to highlight runtime errors. The new key will be added using nord11 as foreground color.
