Support for ignore border of deleted lines #213

The gutter border doe deleted lines is currently not supported and highlighted with the same default Darcula colors instead. This will be changed to use nord11 for the background by adding the IGNORED_DELETED_LINES_BORDER_COLOR editor scheme key to the editor color scheme.
