Support for ignore border of added lines #217

The ignore border for added lines is currently not supported and highlighted with the same default Darcula colors instead. This will be changed to use nord14 for the background by adding the IGNORED_ADDED_LINES_BORDER_COLOR editor scheme key to the editor color scheme.
