Improved highlighting for CLI commands #219

The highlighting for CLI commands that will be run currently uses the default Darcula colors which is a greenish background. This will be changed to no background at all by adding the TERMINAL_COMMAND_TO_RUN_USING_IDE editor scheme key to the editor color scheme.
