Make it is easy to take one time donations and project based donations!

There are plans to provide more ways to support my open source work like Nord by setting up a sponsor button for all the repositories, but for now you can support me via GitHub Sponsors. I currently evaluating solutions for one-time donations via Open Collective, paypal.me and maybe a trustworthy cryptocurrency like Stellar (currently using it through the awesome Keybase project).

I don't know what's the actual minimum time for a GitHub sponsorship, but maybe it's also possible to do a one-time donation via GitHub Sponsors by submitting and directly cancelling a sponsorship for the next month again. Really not sure if this is possible, but would be strange if not.

Anyway, I'll leave this issue open and post updates as soon as there are more methods.
