Corrected website typos #197

Hi guys,

I was browsing through your website and stumbled upon a few typos. I figured I could save you the time and effort by correcting them by myself.

While the if-is typo was rather obvious, I took the time to correct all the it's-its ones according to this website. I also 'fixed' the inconsistent use of contractions in the colors-and-palettes section.
