Create sshfs-static symlink on install #357

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installation does not include the sshfs-static symlink automatically 

I think it would be beneficial to include automatically creating a symlink
in /opt/local/bin/sshfs ->
/Applications/sshfs.app/Contents/Resources/sshfs-static

This way it will automatically be included in most shell paths in OSX

1. sshfs.app is an unsupported demo. It's not an application that I plan to add 
features to. It's open source, so 
feel free to do whatever you want with the code.

2. There's no "installation" of sshfs.app. It's a draggable application bundle.

3. There's no /opt on a standard Mac OS X system. /opt/local/bin/ is also not 
in most shell paths.

Anyway, because of point #1, marking as invalid.
