Add the "fork me on Github banner"

The look/hover isn't quite working and the css needs to be moved.

Yes, the "fork me" banner makes it obvious to people that the site is open-source and it encourages people to contribute fixes/enhancements from their fork.

@lynnaloo : Ok, now I understand what you mean. I was thinking in terms of, "Here, copy our blog and start your own!" Which struck me as a little odd, and was the reason I removed the github button from the original layout. Thanks for clarifying!

Oh right... I can see that angle as well. My thought was that if people took the time to fork it, then they would make take the time to contribute. If they want to use it as a basis for their own blog then I guess that's ok too, but yeah a little odd.
