Add an operator to create a ground plane with baked shadows #74

Because this adds 143 points to realism. And it looks really fancy ( that's a screenshot from a WIP in Sketchfab, not an offline render ! ):

I won't implement that one, as Sketchfab has implemented a similar option between the time I opened this issue and now... Guess I have some good ideas if others have already worked on them!
