Can't remove Scope Docks once added #72

After adding a new Scope Dock via the Tools > New Scope Dock... button, there is no way to remove the entry from the Docks menu. It would be great to be able to edit or remove these custom docks.

If you click x at the top right corner of a scope dock, the dock should be removed (also removed from the Docks menu). Please let me know if this doesn't work. Screenshot_2023-03-22_14-23-49

@norihiro Wow, thank you for your speedy reply! Yes, this allowed me to remove the Dock, even from the menu!

I did not immediately see this "x" because I had the Docks > "Lock Docks" option enabled. Thank you for helping me.

And @norihiro, thank you for developing this plugin and so many others. Thank you for being so generous with your work! I use OBS in live broadcast/IMAG, and this tool is going to help people see better-quality images!
