The lookup string for the message is PluginsFailedToLoad.Text. https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/blob/e54af0d559a9cd66fe7c369b5b4206826f33b7e0/UI/window-basic-main.cpp#L2440-L2443

Without the log file of OBS Studio, I cannot identify why this error happens.

I'm happy to hear that your issue was resolved. I guess the error could be made if the user downloaded the plugin for OBS Studio 27.
