CI(macOS): Build bundle-type plugin package with universal binary

Description

From OBS 28.0-rc1 for macOS on arm64, the old directory structure is not accepted.

Confirmed the h8819-source-proc is running with OBS 28.0-rc1 (but not checked audio is coming).
