プロビジョニング（azd provision）を実行したところ、発生するエラーに苦しんでおります
JAPAN EAST, US EAST, US WEST の３リージョンにデプロイを試していますが、どれもopenaiがエラーで失敗しており 「すぐ動く」状態ではない状態ですが、私だけでしょうか。。。
