ParsePaymentStatusReport to handle input parsing - removing unnecessary step
added new eslint rules to add more readibility and concistency
- object-curly-spacing
- array-bracket-spacing
- newline-before-return (can't fix by itself which is sad, doesn't include leading whitespace on newline)
renamed folder donwload to download
