Simplify Instructions & show in main UI #130

For UI, notes are now called "instructions"

The matched notes will be shown in Main task UI

Instead of JSON, we only show notes in settings

Love the changes, much clearer and user friendly than the previous design. A bit nit picking: in the built-in instructions, the airbnb does not contain 'notes' but only 'annotationrules'. So it's shown as an empty set in the UI.
